"Delivery was on time, but the packaging worried me"
My order arrived when it was supposed to, but the box looked rough and was almost half open when I got it. I’ve had other packages show up in much better shape, so this one definitely stood out in a bad way. Thankfully the item inside wasn’t damaged, but it really didn’t seem like it was packed with much care. I expected the shipping to be handled better.

"Colors were pretty much exactly like the photos"
I was a little nervous after I paid, wondering if the color was going to show up totally different from the pictures. But when it arrived, it was really close to what I saw on the site. No weird filtered look or random surprise shade. It made picking one a lot less stressful, and it ended up matching my room really well. I’m happy with it

The description wasn’t exactly spot on, but it was close enough that I wasn’t too bothered. If you’re checking it out, I’d just say to read the details carefully and maybe keep your expectations a little flexible

"Backorder dragged on with barely any communication"
I knew the item was on backorder, but I didn’t expect to be left in the dark for weeks. I kept waiting for some kind of update and ended up having to reach out myself more than once. Support basically just said things like, “we’re still waiting on stock” and “it should ship once it arrives,” but there wasn’t much else to go on. It was frustrating because I wouldn’t have minded the delay as much if they’d just kept me posted...

I was half expecting the sizing to be a little off, like they might be trying to make it sound more accurate than it really is, but it ended up being spot on. Fit just how I hoped it would, so no complaints from me

"Easy exchange, but the communication could’ve been clearer"
I had to swap a jacket for a different size, and the actual process was simple. The return label came through quickly, and the replacement showed up faster than I expected. My only gripe is that the communication wasn’t very clear, so I spent a little time wondering what was happening next, which was kind of annoying

"Billing left me feeling uneasy"
I had a frustrating experience with the billing. After I paid, the charge on my account wasn’t what I expected, and that immediately made me feel a bit distrustful about the whole thing. I reached out to support, but it took way too long to get it sorted out. It did eventually get fixed, but the process was messy and definitely left a bad impression...

"Way too many emails after ordering"
I ordered from Anthony Richards once, and the order itself was totally fine. No real complaints there, everything went through normally.
But after that, I started getting a ton of emails and promo messages. It wasn’t awful, just more than I wanted, so I ended up unsubscribing. Did anyone else have the same issue after placing an order?

"Not the Best First Impression"
I ordered from Anthony Richards hoping to find some more updated styles, but my first impression wasn’t great. The selection felt really limited, and a lot of the clothes looked similar, kind of plain and basic. I kept browsing thinking I’d find something a little different, but nothing really stood out. The website itself was fine to use, but the styles just didn’t make me excited to order again. Maybe it’s okay if you’re looking for simple basics, but for me it was disappointing.

The site looks fine at first glance, but I didn’t feel completely comfortable placing an order. Some of the info seemed a little thin, and when I showed it to my sister, she felt the same way. I’d feel better if there were more clear reviews or details before buying anything.

"Kind of proved my worries about ordering online"
I ordered two shirts, and of course one showed up in the wrong size, which is exactly the kind of thing I always worry about with online clothing orders. The invoice even had the right size on it, so I’m still not sure where it went wrong. Customer service did get back to me, but I had to send photos and then wait a few days before it was fixed. It got sorted in the end, but the whole thing was annoying enough that it kind of confirmed my feeling that ordering clothes online is more hassle than it’s worth. I probably won’t order again anytime soon.

"I was disappointed. The prices felt way..."
I was disappointed. The prices felt way too high for what I actually got, and the quality was just average at best. I expected a lot more for the money. What made it more frustrating was that nobody followed up afterward to see how things went or if I was happy with it. I don’t think I’d buy from here again.

Support did get back to me and helped me sort things out, so I appreciated that. I just felt like I was waiting longer than I wanted to, especially since I needed the issue fixed quickly.

"Decent items, but shipping was a letdown"
Not gonna lie, the items themselves were okay, but the shipping cost at checkout really caught me off guard. It added up so fast that I almost canceled the whole order. I just wish they were more upfront about it earlier instead of showing it at the very end. I probably won’t order again unless there’s free shipping.

"Pretty okay for what it is"
It’s not bad for the price, honestly. I thought it might feel a little nicer, but the material is okay and it does what it’s supposed to do. That part is fine, I guess, though it doesn’t feel super sturdy. Shipping was normal, no issues there. Overall, it’s decent, just kind of average

"Faster than I expected"
I ordered from Anthony Richards and thought it might take a while, but it showed up quick. I got the tracking email the next day, and the package arrived a few days after that. Nothing fancy to say really, everything was packed fine and I didn’t have to wait forever like I have with some other sites. Solid experience overall.
